About Us
The company was conceived out of the need to address the low level of industrialization in the country and Africa. The high mortality rate of businesses and the inability of many businesses to meet their obligations to critical stakeholders such as employees and shareholders was also a concern. Our services also enable individuals to achieve their training, self and professional development goals to equip them with the necessary knowledge, skills and qualification to contribute effectively to their organizations.

For us at MIS, industrial development is not just about establishing large scale industrial projects. We believe that improving businesses is part of industrial development.

The increasingly competitiveness of global capital necessitate positioning to attract investment, both local and foreign. In collaboration with our partners, we organize trade missions and investment summits locally and internationally.
Educational and Exchange Programs
we assist individuals or groups to gain hands-on professional experience in their chosen academic field or occupations while helping them deepen their understanding of the culture of their host countries.
Corporate and Management Services
Our corporate services ensure our clients are up date with their statutory and regulatory compliance and documentations while our management services involves providing accounting and audit services among others.

Meet Our Founder
Bassey, Mfon Offiong
Bassey, Mfon Offiong is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering with specialization in industrial production from the renowned Federal University of Technology, Owerri. He conceived Industrial Solutions Consulting while still an undergraduate. After his NYSC, because of the need for corporate experience and exposure, he served as the Executive Assistant to Dr. Mfon Amana, the Chairman/CEO of Datec Group were he also worked as a Special Projects Executive from 2009 to 2011 and cut his corporate teeth. The group’s expertise covered Engineering Procurement and Management Consulting; Power, Aviation and Security Technology Consulting; IT Consulting and Procurement; PR, Marketing Communications and Brands Management; Car Rental/Fleet Management; Training and Human Resources Management; Trade and Investment Facilitation; Oil and Gas Logistics Solutions among Others. He worked as the country rep/project manager for OZ Consulting Firm, a Canadian based human resources and business development firm.
He is presently the Managing Consultant of Mfon Industrial Solutions, an Industrial and Management advisory firm.
