Industrial and Business Development/Advisory Services
For us at MIS, industrial development is not just about establishing large scale industrial projects. We believe that improving businesses is part of industrial development. This is because historically, small businesses have grown to become medium scale businesses and subsequently transformed into multinationals. We look at every business, and we see their potential to grow into the multinational of tomorrow. Therefore, apart from helping our clients implement big ticket industrial projects that are rooted in market fundamentals, our services are also aimed at helping our clients establish, improve and grow their businesses hence our corporate slogan “… improving businesses, expanding industrial footprints”. We also provide thought leadership on industrial development issues as well as expert advisory services aimed at addressing the challenges of industrial development in our clients’ jurisdiction.
Investment Facilitation
We identify investment opportunities appropriate to the needs and requirements of the market through feasibility studies and technical feasibility. We assist project promoters to secure investors by helping them package their projects based on appropriate market fundamentals and make them investment ready.
Training and Capacity Building
We develop and execute training and capacity building programs, workshops and conferences on industrial, business and management development with partners. We have already developed business knowledge improvement workshops for enterprise and professional class which consist of business plan writing training (see appendix for training brochure). We will develop other courses in conjunction with local and foreign partners.
Trade Missions and Investment Summits
the increasingly competitiveness of global capital necessitate positioning to attract investment, both local and foreign. In collaboration with our partners, we organize trade missions and investment summits locally and internationally aimed at providing a platform for enterprises and organizations to identify areas of mutual business interests, partner and collaborate to take advantage of same for mutual benefits for the enterprises involved and their jurisdictions. Educational and Exchange Programs
We assist individuals or groups to gain hands-on professional experience in their chosen academic field or occupations while helping them deepen their understanding of the culture of their host countries. We also support our clients with international education and training services.
